Hi, I’m Sonali Kosrabe, a UK-based macrame artist and former eCommerce developer with a passion for creativity and craftsmanship. Before starting StylishKnots, I worked in tech, building online stores as a Magento developer. I loved coding, problem-solving, and helping businesses grow online.

But when I was made redundant, I found something unexpected: macrame.

What began as a hobby soon became a true creative outlet. I fell in love with the process—knot by knot, turning natural cotton cords into beautiful macrame wall hangings, plant holders, and other handmade home decor.

Later, when I lost another job, I returned to macrame with purpose. I created a growing collection of handcrafted macrame products, and with my web development skills, I built my own eCommerce store.

That’s how StylishKnots was born.

Now, I combine my love for tech and handmade art to run a small UK-based macrame business, offering meaningful, mindful pieces made with care. Each creation tells a story—of resilience, passion, and self-expression.
