Refund policy
RETURNS
Due to the handmade and one of a kind nature of the work, all sales are final. We don’t accept returns or exchanges. Because our products are handmade, some variations will occur between each piece but we do our best to match the measurements and images shown on our website. We recommend reading the dimensions and descriptions listed on our website carefully before ordering.
Your satisfaction with your order and experience is very important to us, so please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns and we will try to find a suitable solution.
In special circumstances, if your request for return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping both ways along with a 20% restocking fee(restocking fees only for international develivey). We will only accept unused pieces in the original packaging and the buyer will be responsible for the product to arrive undamaged during transport. Please contact us at contact@stylishknots.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY
DAMAGED PACKAGES
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item an exchange or refund is possible. We are happy to offer store credit for the value of the item. Please contact me immediately with clear images of both the item as well as the packaging, plus a description of the damage. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Color variation will not be considered an acceptable reason for a refund or exchange. I take great care to accurately describe my work and slight color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings.
RETURNED PACKAGES
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address, has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt or refused to pay custom duties, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must (re)pay the shipping costs and customs duty/tax (if applicable) before the item can be shipped again.
LOST PACKAGES
If your package gets lost in transit we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. Please contact us at contact@stylishknots.com with your order number.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
